........So take your time! There is no need to ever buy solar the first time you meet someone, if fact we wont sell you solar at our first meeting, ever. We see many high-pressure sales companies who spend more time training its salespeople to get customers to buy on the first visit than they did on product knowledge. These companies spend millions on advertising which results in customers paying inflated prices and dealing with high-pressure salespeople dangling to good to be true gimmicks.
We want our customers to have the right knowledge and expectation of what a residential solar system can do, all of our team own or have owned a system on their home. That's how we know who is good at solar, and who to steer clear of.
The Process
It all starts with a discovery call, this is where we get the information we need to design the right system for your home, and we give you the information you need to make good choices.
We prefer to explain all of the financing options available and let you choose which is right for you, we will talk about the products we use, the incentives available, warranties and the installers credentials.
We will then email your proposal, followed up with a call to answer anything you might not understand. At this point you will know if going solar is right for you, if it is we go to onboarding.
